Terms & Conditions – Bouncy Bakes (Effective Date: January 6, 2026)

Introduction

Welcome to Bouncy Bakes website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms, as well as any future revisions posted here. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.

Services Provided

Bouncy Bakes offers custom‑made cakes and related baked goods for sale online. All orders are subject to availability and the conditions set forth below.

Placing an Order

Order Details

Provide complete specifications (size, flavour, design, inscriptions, etc.) via the order form where applicable, or by phone and then confirmed by email.

Deposit

A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure the order.

Finalization Deadline

All custom cake orders must be finalized at least 14 days before the desired delivery/pickup date. After this deadline we cannot guarantee the ability to fulfill the order.

Confirmation

Once the deposit is received and the order details are confirmed, you will receive an email receipt.

Deposits & Cancellations

Non‑Refundable Deposit

The deposit is retained to cover ingredient costs, labour, and reservation of production time. It will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations or changes made after the order is finalized.

Cancellation by Customer

If you cancel an order after the 14‑day finalization window, the deposit remains non‑refundable and the remaining balance is also forfeited.

Cancellation by Bouncy Bakes

In the unlikely event we must cancel an order (e.g. due to force majeure), we will refund the full amount paid, including the deposit, and will not be liable for any additional damages.

Payment

Full payment (deposit plus balance) must be completed before the cake is delivered or ready for pick‑up. Accepted payment methods are listed on the checkout page.

Delivery & Pick‑Up

Delivery

Available within the service area specified during checkout. Delivery fees apply where applicable.

Pick‑Up

Orders may be collected from Bouncy Bakes by prior agreement. Bouncy Bakes are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Product Information

All images, descriptions, and prices are provided for informational purposes only. Slight variations in appearance, size, or flavour may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

Privacy

The Site collects personal data (e.g. name, contact information, payment details) necessary to process orders. Our full privacy practices are described in a separate Privacy Policy. By using the Site you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined therein.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and photographs—is the property of Bouncy Bakes and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bouncy Bakes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UK, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
