That little thrill of twisting open a fresh jar of Biscoff spread? The aroma of caramelised biscuit, and a hint of warm spice wafting up, promising pure deliciousness. Well, lately, that sound – the creak and pop of a freshly unscrewed Biscoff jar – has become the soundtrack to my kitchen adventures. Why? Because I, your friendly Bouncy baker, have fallen head over heels for Biscoff cupcakes.
